Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been inspected and approved.
Custom-made or special-order products may not be eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.
